Return & Refund Policy

At Saffron Star Kashmir, we take pride in delivering premium-quality saffron and authentic Kashmiri products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with.

Due to the nature of edible products (like saffron), we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
